Online post-course support for Microsoft training courses



How it works

When you book a qualifying course (see the list below) you will be eligible for free, unlimited online support for a period of 30 days.

All you need to do is go to the log in screen:
  1. Enter the Booking reference you were given when you booked the course
  2. Select the course subject

and you will automatically be granted access to the system.

Activia's WebCoach® online help system covers the whole of the course content, and you can find what you need either by browsing the menu on the left, or by looking for the subject using a simple search facility.

Screens are well laid out with images, screen shots and clear instructions that will help you every step of the way.   And because it is an online system, you can spend as much time as you like reinforcing what you have learned.
