Maintaining excellence

The cornerstone of our Quality policy is our course appraisal system, where every delegate on every course completes a form ranking us on five measures of performance, from poor to excellent.

The 'poor' boxes are never ticked, and Activia consistently scores over 96% on good or excellent.
