We are looking for good attitudes and ability levels, potential on which we can build.
You need to be positive, hard-working and ambitious, with a desire to succeed through results.
You should be prepared, in the first few months, to put in the hours of product familiarisation out-of-hours in order to fast track your progress,
and to take on board and use the skills we provide. You will need to be educated to A Level standard: a degree is a good bonus.
Of course you will need support, and guidance, and coaching, but that's here waiting for you as soon as you start.
What else should you consider ?
There's no need to say more, but we'll just add one thing: if you want to develop your career, you can't do better than to work for a
training company, can you ?
So now, your first test !
In a recession, there are very few worthwhile opportunities out there, so with this - the chance of a lifetime - we expect a lot of competition
for places.
If you are put off by that, you have failed the test. But if you want to take up the challenge, to prove just how good you are and how much potential
you have, then you have passed.
