The Leadership and Management Offer
Funding is available for directors and senior managers in all organisations with under 250 staff (paid or unpaid) to
support leadership and management training and development.
The first £500 of training is absolutely free; the second £500 is provided on a matched basis,
which simply means that for every pound above £500 Train to Gain will cover half of it.
The training simply needs to be for the development of Directors and/or Senior Managers.
So, provided the training benefits their effectiveness within the organisation, it can cover:
- Management skills eg Supervisory Skills, Decision Making, Team Building, Stress Management
- Business/Job skills eg Time Management, Assertiveness, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills
- Finance/Accounts eg Finance for Non-Finance Managers, Excel for Accounting, Sage Line 50
- Computer/IT Skills from basic computer operation, to Microsoft Office, Adobe or Crystal Reports
And we can deliver the training in groups or on a one-to-one basis.
