Our operations are controlled by our own IT system that holds all courses, training venues, trainers and clients on a central database that is linked directly to our website, keeping it permanently and continually up to date. This means that bookings are not only handled with complete reliability, but our cost base is extremely low.

Most of our courses have been developed in-house over many years, and are updated and extended regularly in response to customer feedback. They are also linked to our IT system which enables us to print our own delegate workbooks and manuals, including those for bespoke courses set up for individual customers.

Easing Your Workload

Our investment in systems and resources also make the job of organising training as easy as possible for you.

1. Free skills appraisals for delegates
   We can advise on which level of training your staff should attend, so you can be sure they will receive training at the correct level, eliminating the waste that occurs without suitable pre-course assessment.
   This service is available on-line for maximum convenience.
2. Online bespoke course builders
   We have a web-based bespoke course builder for the majority of courses we deliver, enabling you to select which modules you want to be included in any Private or Onsite class, thereby maximising the focus (and return on investment) of your training.
3. Our Portal facility
   Our online Portal will drastically reduce your workload, and empower your staff to make their own arrangements, while allowing you to retain control.   It allows delegates to make provisional bookings on our scheduled Public classes, but any booking is not finalised until you approve it.
   Associated management reports also give you activity and spend across a wide range of criteria.
4. Free web support
   We provide free web support for thirty days on all Microsoft Office 2003 courses, and have an online forum that covers all courses, both IT and business skills, that we deliver. The forum is particularly helpful because it allows delegates to get answers from trainers that can be difficult to obtain with conventional online help tools.
5. Specialised course materials
   We have developed our own course materials over many years to the point that we now have a full library of books and exercises which we provide to all delegates who attend our courses. The course books can be customised to client needs, and the materials that delegates receive enable them to repeatedly re-run the course in their own time.
   When combined with the free web support mentioned above, we believe that our ability to maximise the benefit that delegates receive from their training cannot be matched in the marketplace.
6. Dedicated training advisors
   For all clients with regular training needs, we provide a dedicated training advisor. Your training advisor will be responsible for managing your needs, making sure that you can take advantage of all the services we provide, and keeping you informed of developments and periodic special offers we may have.
