Conflict Management and Resolution

Course Aims

This course will enable delegates to gain a better understand of their role as a Supervisor, and how they may relate these skills in day to day running of the workplace.
The programme combines interactive and practical sessions which will enable the delegates to demonstrate the use of these skills and formulate action plans to take back in to the workplace.

Course Outline

Objective

This course is about enabling delegates to communicate and cope with other people’s difficult behaviour in the workplace and avoid confrontational behaviour.   They will gain an understanding of the effects of stress and adrenalin in these situations and learn strategies for resolution of conflict.
