About the course: Facilitation Skills

This course will enable you to understand different learning styles and how to facilitate them in different situations with different sets of people.

You will learn how facilitation skills support meetings, team building, quality circles and how observation, recording and intervention can be used to improve group interaction.

The result ? With an understanding of the role and what it takes to be effective, you will be far more successful in achieving results with your team.

  • Practice skills in observation, recording and intervention
  • Consider how facilitation skills support such events as meetings, discussions, team building, brainstorming, quality circles
  • Practice facilitating some of these activities
  • Explain the stages in group interaction
