Course Aims

This course will enable delegates to gain a better understand of their role as a Supervisor, and how they may relate these skills in day to day running of the workplace.
The programme combines interactive and practical sessions which will enable the delegates to demonstrate the use of these skills and formulate action plans to take back in to the workplace.

While we will organise training courses for as many delegates as you wish, we recommend that any class does not exceed 12 delegates to ensure that learning objectives are met.
