About the course: Microsoft Project is a complex application and as a beginner it is easy to get things wrong, which will be very costly and extremely frustrating. Our Project introduction course will show you how to create a complete project plan correctly and quickly. During the day you will learn how to create and set up a project plan, how to enter tasks, dependencies and constraints and how to format and print the plan. You will also learn how to create and assign resources and track your project through to completion.
Course aims: Learners will gain a thorough understanding of the resource driven elements and alternative ways of using this Microsoft Project 2010 and 2013 in this one-day course, including learning how to produce timeline and resource driven plans.
Who should attend: New users of Microsoft Project 2010 or 2013 who want to learn how to build project plans. Also existing users who need to produce project plans based on resources and work. Basic IT skills are required .

About the course: Microsoft Project 2007 is a daunting application for the beginner and live projects are not the place to test your skills. Our Project 2007 introduction course was designed to get you started on the right track quickly. During the course you will learn how to create and set up a Project 2007 plan from scratch, how to enter tasks, create dependencies and constraints and how to format and print the plan and how to create, manage and assign resources.
Course aims: This "fast-track" one-day course will provide delegates with an insight into how to use Microsoft Project 2007 to its full potential. At the end of this course, learners will be able to produce resource driven project plans.
Who should attend: New or returning users who would like to learn about the basic concepts of Microsoft Project 2007. Basic computer skills are required.
