Sales Account Manager
Salary: £25k basic, OTE £37k uncapped
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your Sales career, developing an existing portfolio of clients in the Slough area.
This is a new position and has enormous potential for the right candidate.
About us -- We deliver training at our four training centres in West London, Slough, London Heathrow and Aylesbury, and in-house on clients'
premises all over the UK.
With significant sales increases ahead, we have created a new role within our sales team in order to develop the fantastic potential that exists
in the local area, and that we have only partially exploited.
We're a small, friendly and very ambitious company, with our success based on commitment to exceptional levels of service and an intelligent
and long term view of relationships. If you are the right person for us, you will find this a refreshing change from what generally exists.
About You -- You will be an existing Sales person with an excellent knowledge of the sales process, and the ability to take control and
close business. You must have an excellent telephone manner, and have a "quality", team-based approach to work based on providing a genuine service.
If you do not have field sales experience but want to develop in this area, this would be a great place to start.
You will want to join in the success of a company that is growing solidly and in a controlled manner.
Obviously you must have bags of energy and a desire to succeed, because everyone here has a "can do", team-based attitude to everything.

About the Role -- After a short time familiarising yourself with the company and what we do, you will take over a client portfolio,
make contact with them, and seek to grow levels of business, primarily through the telephone though the opportunity for client visits,
developing relationships on a face-to-face basis, often exists.
Contacts will be sourced from our own database of clients and past customers, data lists and internet/local research.
When you are fully conversant with the role, you will also handle Inbound sales enquiries which are generated from our busy and very productive
marketing activities.

assistance with daily activity and proposals where needed.

Permanent Trainers
IT Trainer -- Starting Salary: £25k
Business Skills/Sales Trainer -- Starting Salary: £30k
About us -- With the opening of our fifth training centre, we have vacancies for two experienced and high quality Trainers, who can deliver
training courses to consistently high standards at our centres in West London, Slough, London Heathrow and Aylesbury and on client sites, often
tailoring content to individual needs.
About you -- You will be an experienced, confident trainer with proven skills in the delivery of training, as well as the people skills necessary
to motivate delegates and impress clients. You will also have an interest in, and a flair for, writing and developing course content and a desire to
play a real part in developing our business on the professional and quality-driven basis we have created.
Training is, as you know, a varied and challenging (though rewarding) marketplace, and you need to have a flexible approach and genuine dedication to
helping us to achieve total customer satisfaction. You will be a team player who can contribute to the atmosphere of excellence and success that we
are building.
About the role -- There will be an average of four days' training per week. Non-training days will be primarily devoted to course preparation,
developing your own capabilities for course delivery, and further enhancement of our product offering through new or improved courseware.

Associate Trainers
We are always looking for excellent people to join our select group of associate trainers.
You will be an established training contractor who regularly delivers training on behalf of third parties such as training companies, and understands
the role and the requirements. (This is a specialised and crucial role, so you will not be someone who is "looking for a change" or "between jobs",
nor will you be someone who usually takes on longer term contracts.)
You will deliver training for the courses listed on our website, such as IT applications (Microsoft Office, Sage, Adobe, etc), or work place/business
skills subjects such as Employee Skills, Management Development or Sales training.
Associate trainers can progress to contract status where we work very closely together on individual jobs, projects or in a general working
partnership.
