To ensure the best value for money, execution of training programmes can be a mix of scheduled public
courses and bespoke private training. They will all involve preparation in both overall structure
and individual content, and can be applied to a number of different situations:
Individual programmes
You would use this kind of programme with someone who needs to balance their job-related abilities with
skills upgrades in particular areas (usually IT applications). It is of particular use to senior
employees who may want individual attention in a very specific time period.
"New recruit" programmes
With either individual starters or an annual intake (eg of graduates) we can easily assess skill levels and deliver
appropriate training so that your new recruits are able to start their employment with a full set of the required skills.
Departmental programmes
You may have a situation where everyone needs to be brought up to a general skills level, or where
different people need to be improved in selected job-related areas. We have also carried out
