Fully Accredited ITIL Training

Delivered by skilled instructors with extensive experience in the practical application of service management, the course includes examination coaching and practice using sample exam questions.
NOTE: The course content shows a summary the official APM Group syllabus, though the order and format of the teaching may vary.

This intensive three-day training course provides comprehensive first-level training for anyone involved in the provision, support, and delivery of IT Services.

There are no pre-requisites for this course, save an innvolvement in the provision or receipt of IT Services.

Certification

The course culminates in an optional one-hour multiple-choice examination for the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - Version 3.
If required, this exam costs an extra £100.
This is a pre-requisite for the further training in ITIL Version 3 that leads to the ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management.
