Classroom Trainer roles: salaries to £30k p.a.
Trainer for Sales/Soft Skills
Trainer for Management/Supervision/Soft Skills
(London weighting applies where relevant).
You will be an experienced, confident classroom trainer with proven skills in training delivery, as well as the people skills necessary to motivate delegates and impress clients. You will also have an interest in, and a flair for, writing and developing course content and a desire to play a real part in developing our business on the professional, quality-driven basis we have created.
Training is, as you know, a varied and challenging (though rewarding) marketplace, and you need to have a flexible approach and genuine dedication to helping us to achieve total customer satisfaction. You will be a team player who can contribute to the atmosphere of excellence and success that we are building.
On occasional non-training days, you will be involved in the further enhancement of our courseware, writing content for selected website or e-learning projects and assistance with the quality management of our centres.

We are always looking for excellent people to join our select group of associate trainers
You will be an established training contractor who regularly delivers training on behalf of third parties such as training companies, and understands the role and the needs. (This is a specialised and crucial role, so you will not be someone who is "looking for a change" or "between jobs", nor will you be someone who usually takes on longer term contracts.)
You will be experienced in the delivery of training for the courses listed on our website, such as IT applications (predominantly Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports, etc), or workplace/business skills subjects such as Employee Skills, Management Development or Sales training.
Associate trainers can progress to contract status where we work very closely together on individual jobs, projects or in a general working partnership.
