Digital Marketing Assistant
Starting salary: to £18k p.a. (DOE) with regular reviews
A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, positive and hard working person with a passion for digital, to join our Digital Marketing team, working for our sister company Two Digital, at our Slough offices. This is a fantastic job, you will always be busy and the tasks are varied. You will also learn a great deal – both through our Best Practice guides and on the job itself.
We are looking for someone with relevant digital experience, but would consider an intern position for a graduate with a relevant degree and work experience, with the aim of moving to a permanent position.
Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm with an hour for lunch and 15-minute breaks morning and afternoon. We operate with a small, high-quality core team, so although the position is a junior one, it is central to the operation and provides the opportunity to get involved in lots of areas over time.
There are great prospects in this role, in activity, responsibility and of course salary, and informal reviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. We operate on the philosophy of "success breeds success", so the more you contribute, the higher you will go!
Duties will include:
- Social Media Accounts
Maintaining our presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc and contributing to promotional campaigns

Researching topics and sources of information for content
Promoting content and services via other blogs, websites
Contributing to activity in keyword research, link building, creating "link bait" content, reporting, and so on
Involvement in finding topics and partners for our own blogs, and guest blogging activity
- Graphical Work
Sourcing and creating images for website content, blog articles, etc
- Skills Improvement

Classroom Trainer roles: salaries to £30k p.a.
Trainer for Sales/Soft Skills

You will be an experienced, confident classroom trainer with proven skills in training delivery, as well as the people skills necessary to motivate delegates and impress clients. You will also have an interest in, and a flair for, writing and developing course content and a desire to play a real part in developing our business on the professional, quality-driven basis we have created.
Training is, as you know, a varied and challenging (though rewarding) marketplace, and you need to have a flexible approach and genuine dedication to helping us to achieve total customer satisfaction. You will be a team player who can contribute to the atmosphere of excellence and success that we are building.
On occasional non-training days, you will be involved in the further enhancement of our courseware, writing content for selected website or e-learning projects and assistance with the quality management of our centres.

We are always looking for excellent people to join our select group of associate trainers
You will be an established training contractor who regularly delivers training on behalf of third parties such as training companies, and understands the role and the needs. (This is a specialised and crucial role, so you will not be someone who is "looking for a change" or "between jobs", nor will you be someone who usually takes on longer term contracts.)
You will be experienced in the delivery of training for the courses listed on our website, such as IT applications (predominantly Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports, etc), or workplace/business skills subjects such as Employee Skills, Management Development or Sales training.
Associate trainers can progress to contract status where we work very closely together on individual jobs, projects or in a general working partnership.
