Full details of modules and topics covered in this one-day course
This is a one-day training course structured into 5 modules
The most common use for Outlook is email management. This intensive, hands-on one day training course covers the basics of sending/receiving mail, creating folders and rules to organise email. Additional areas include using the Outlook Calendar, Contacts and Tasks which make working with Outlook a central part of an efficient workflow.
Anyone, at any level of the organisation, who wishes to understand best practice in email management with Microsoft Outlook, and who also wants to use the application to assist with the organisation of their working activity.
SPECIAL NOTE ON CONTENT AND INTERNET ACCESS
The course covers setting up and dealing with emails, but it does not involve physically sending and receiving them. This ensures that delegates get to cover Email Organisation and Management, Contacts, Calendar and Tasks folders, without the distraction of training emails being sent back and forward. It also allows simpler facilitation at client offices since a working internet connection is not required, and Outlook training environments do not need to be set up.
