This intensive one-day training course is designed to enable users to get to grips with the basic features of Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016, including a thorough treatment of the new 'Ribbon' interface, originally introduced with Word 2007. It is entirely 'hands on', so delegates will get practice in using the software in a real life and practical way.

For training at your offices, we can deliver classes of up to 10 delegates, though with bigger class sizes you must understand that
