A de facto standard application for creating and editing documents, Microsoft Word helps you to build professional-looking reports, letters and business plans with ease, and its easy-to-use tools make a simple job of both creating and formatting these files. Microsoft Word is undoubtedly the most popular word processing program available today, and is used for both personal and professional documents all around the world.

Learning to use Microsoft Word involves much more than simple document layout, and we have three different levels of Microsoft Word training courses. So whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced user, we have a course that will suit your needs and your skill levels, and help you increase your knowledge and productivity.

About Microsoft Word

Released as a word processing tool, this highly versatile programme allows users to create and print documents using a range of layouts, font sizes and colours. The software permits other functions too, which significantly enlarge its capabilities to make it a valid tool for business or personal users. Tables can be added at strategic points within a document and populated with data.  By using Word's pre-loaded headings, a user can quickly create a Table Of Contents for reporting purposes and add annotations to a file for colleagues to review.

Our Approach

Sharing ideas and generally engaging with others is an important part of any training course, which is why Activia encourages its delegates to interact.  Our all-inclusive course fees mean you’ll also be able to make your booking without worrying about any further costs.

More about training with Activia

With Activia, you can check your skill level (click the yellow "FREE tools and resources" button on the right) which ensures you book on the correct course.   This facility is also invaluable when putting together training programmes or bespoke courses for numbers of delegates.

You can also build your own Microsoft Word course (click the yellow "FREE tools and resources" button on the right) to suit your own or your company project requirements, incorporating the modules which cover the subjects you want to learn.
